The Porta-King Inplant Office is constructed from white vinyl hardboard for both interior and exterior applications, measuring 12' x 24' and designed with 4 walls. It features Class C fire ratings and an STC27 sound rating, ensuring a highly functional space within your facility. The pre-engineered components are easy to install, minimizing downtime, and every order includes detailed instructions with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list. Included in the package are all necessary wall panels, a connecting post, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door with a 20-gauge steel frame and large vision lite, along with hardware for construction. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels, while the door is factory installed to prevent sagging and incorporates mechanical fasteners above and below the top hinge plate for reinforcement. The wall connecting posts serve as a vertical wiring chase, complete with snap-in cover plates for concealed wiring access. The standard electrical kit incorporates 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switches, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all U.L. labeled and designed for easy installation using handy boxes attached to the back of the connecting posts. The Class C fire-rated panels consist of a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, creating a lightweight yet durable and impact-resistant surface, available in gray and white color options.
