The Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 12' x 24' with a 2-wall configuration, designed to create a highly functional space within your facility. The system includes pre-engineered components that are easy to install, thus minimizing downtime. Each order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list, ensuring that all necessary materials are provided, including wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware for the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing model with a large vision lite, painted to match the interior and exterior surfaces, and is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjacent posts to prevent door sag. Mechanical fasteners are supplied for installation to reinforce the connection above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts also function as vertical wiring chases, with included 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing easy access during and after setup. A standard electrical kit is also included, featuring 2'x4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities specified), a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets (quantities specified), with a handy box that attaches to the back of the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat finish. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class C fire-rated panels consist of a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, creating a lightweight yet durable, impact-resistant surface suitable for plant environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
