The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 16' x 20', with a 2-wall configuration that meets Class C fire rating and STC27 sound insulation for highly functional space within any facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components designed for easy installation, minimizing downtime, along with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. The order encompasses all essential wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door constructed of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and the necessary hardware for the specified sizes and floor plans. Wall panels stand 8' high, are 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is factory installed into a frame, locking into adjoining posts to prevent sagging. Mechanical fasteners are supplied for added reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate, and wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases. Each connecting post comes with 8' high snap-in cover plates that conceal wiring while allowing easy access. Additionally, a standard electrical kit includes 2'x4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities as specified), a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets (quantities as specified), featuring a handy box that attaches to the back of the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical devices carry the U.L. label. The Class C fire-rated panels consist of a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing a lightweight yet durable, impact-resistant surface ideal for plant environments.
