The Porta-King Inplant Office is designed with a white vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 16' x 16', featuring a 4-wall configuration with Class C fire rating and STC27 sound attenuation to create an efficient workspace within any facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components for easy installation, minimizing downtime, and comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Included in the package are all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, and the required hardware for construction. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable, while the door frame locks into adjoining posts to prevent sag, with mechanical fasteners reinforcing the connection. Each wall connecting post functions as a vertical wiring chase, equipped with 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring with quick access. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switches, and 115-volt electrical outlets with handy boxes for a clean installation. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class C fire-rated panels consist of a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, offering a lightweight yet durable and impact-resistant surface available in gray and white color matches.
