The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 8' x 12' with a 4-wall configuration. It offers Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation, making it suitable for various facility applications. The pre-engineered components are designed for easy installation to minimize downtime. Every order includes detailed instructions, suggested floor plan layouts, and an illustrated packing list, along with all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door, and the required hardware. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels, while the door is constructed from 20-gauge steel and features a large vision lite that matches the wall surface. It is factory-installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining post to prevent door sag, and includes mechanical fasteners for added reinforcement. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are provided for each post to conceal wiring and allow quick access. Additionally, each order comes with a standard electrical kit that includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all incorporating a handy box and cover plate for a neat finish. All electrical devices bear the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels feature a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, offering excellent sound attenuation for noisy environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
