The Porta-King Inplant Office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 8' x 12' with a 2-wall configuration. It is designed for high functionality within facilities, with Class A fire rating and STC31 sound performance. The pre-engineered components ease installation, minimizing downtime, and every order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. The package includes all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware specific to the identified sizes and floor plans. Wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable, while the 3070 20-gauge steel door is right-hand swing with a large vision lite, painted to match the wall panel surfaces. It features a factory-installed frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent door sag, with mechanical fasteners for installation reinforcement. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases and come with 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring yet allowing quick access during and after setup. Additionally, the standard electrical kit includes specified quantities of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, with a handy box for easy fastening and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior, laminated to a solid (UL class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation for noisier environments. The panels are available in gray and white color options.
