Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel on a drywall exterior, with dimensions of 10' x 10' and a four-wall design that meets Class A fire ratings and STC31 sound attenuation standards, creating a highly functional space within your facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components that ensure easy installation to minimize downtime, along with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Every order contains all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a door, and hardware for constructing the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels measure 8' high, 3" thick, and are interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is a right-hand swing, 3070, 20-gauge steel model with a large vision lite, finished to match the interior and exterior wall panel surfaces, and is factory-installed into a frame that positively locks into the adjoining post to prevent door sag; mechanical fasteners are included for reinforced installation above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates provided to conceal wiring while allowing for quick access during and after setup. Additionally, the standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all bearing the U.L. label, featuring a handy box easily fastened to the back of the connecting post, along with a cover plate for a clean appearance. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, offering excellent sound attenuation for noisier plant environments and are available in gray and white color options.
