The Porta-King in-plant office features a gray vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 12' x 20', with a three-wall configuration. It is designed to create highly functional spaces within a facility and is constructed from pre-engineered components for easy installation, minimizing downtime. Each order includes detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list, along with all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware to construct the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, finished to match the interior and exterior wall panel surfaces, and is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent door sag. Mechanical fasteners are provided for reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate, while wall connecting posts also function as vertical wiring chases. Included are 8' high snap-in cover plates for each connecting post to conceal wiring and allow quick access during and after setup. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is provided, consisting of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, with a handy box easily fastened to the back of the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical devices bear the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, which offers exceptional sound attenuation, making it suitable for noisier plant environments. The panels are available in gray and white color options.
