The Porta-King in-plant office features a gray vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 12' x 20' with a 2-wall configuration, offering Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation for a highly functional space within your facility. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation to minimize downtime, and every order includes detailed instructions with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list. The package contains all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware for the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with panels of the same size. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, painted to match the wall panel surfaces and factory-installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining post to prevent door sag, with mechanical fasteners supplied for reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate. Wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, with included 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring and allowing quick access post-installation. Additionally, each order features a standard electrical kit that includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box fastened to the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat finish, with all devices bearing the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation, ideal for noisy plant environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
