The Porta-King Inplant Office, constructed with gray vinyl drywall for both interior and exterior surfaces, measures 12' x 24' and consists of a four-wall configuration, featuring Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation properties, making it an ideal solution for creating functional space within a facility. The kit includes all necessary components for assembly, including detailed instructions with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list. Each order comprises wall panels that are 8' high, 3" thick, interchangeable with like-sized panels, along with a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel, equipped with a large vision lite that matches the wall panel surfaces. The door is factory-installed into a frame that securely locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging and is reinforced with mechanical fasteners above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, complemented with 8' high snap-in cover plates that conceal wiring while allowing for easy access. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, which features 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all housed in a handy box that attaches to the back of the connecting post. All electrical devices are U.L.-labelled. The walls are composed of Class A fire-rated panels featuring a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation for noisy environments and are available in gray and white color options.
