The Porta-King inplant office features a durable gray vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 12' x 24' with a 3-wall configuration, designed for Class A fire safety and STC31 sound attenuation, making it suitable for creating functional spaces within a facility. Each kit includes all necessary components for assembly, including wall panels that are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable, a 3070 20-gauge steel right hand swing door with a vision lite, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, and hardware for constructing the specified sizes and floor plans. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts, preventing door sag, and mechanical fasteners are provided for reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates included for concealing wiring while allowing quick access. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is provided, which includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all compliant with U.L. standards and designed for easy installation. The Class A fire rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, ensuring excellent sound attenuation suitable for noisy environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
