The Porta-King in-plant office is designed with a white vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 10' x 16', featuring a 4-wall construction that complies with Class A fire standards and offers STC31 sound attenuation. This modular system creates a highly functional space within your facility and utilizes pre-engineered components for easy installation, minimizing downtime. Each order includes comprehensive instructions with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list, encompassing all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite finished to match the wall panel surfaces, and all required hardware. The door is factory-installed into a frame that locks securely into adjoining posts, preventing sagging and is reinforced with mechanical fasteners. Wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, and each comes with 8' high snap-in cover plates to conceal wiring while allowing easy access. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, consisting of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets with a handy box for neat installation. All electrical devices carry the U.L. label. The panels feature a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation ideal for noisy environments and are available in gray and white color options.
