The Porta-King in-plant office features a white vinyl drywall interior and exterior with dimensions of 10' x 16' and a 3-wall configuration, designed to create a highly functional space within any facility. This kit includes pre-engineered components that are easy to install, minimizing downtime, and comes with detailed instructions along with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list. The package includes all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door constructed from 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and hardware for assembly. The wall panels have a height of 8', a thickness of 3", and are interchangeable with other panels of the same size. The factory-installed door frame locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners supplied for reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are provided for each post to conceal wiring while allowing quick access. Furthermore, the package includes a standard electrical kit consisting of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets with accompanying handy boxes and cover plates that are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire-rated panels are constructed with a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation in noisier environments and are available in gray and white color options.
