The Porta-King Inplant Office is designed with a gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 12' x 20', featuring a 3-wall configuration that meets Class C fire ratings and STC27 sound rating, making it ideal for creating functional spaces within facilities. The kit includes all pre-engineered components for easy installation, minimizing downtime, and comes with detailed instructions, suggested floor plan layouts, and an illustrated packing list. The package consists of necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, and a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, all finished to match the wall panel surfaces. The 8' high wall panels are 3" thick and interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is factory-installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining post, preventing sagging, and mechanical fasteners are supplied for additional reinforcement. Wall connecting posts function as vertical wiring chases, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing quick access. Additionally, a standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all with U.L. labels, along with a handy box for a clean appearance. The Class C fire-rated panels feature a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid EPS insulating core, resulting in a lightweight yet durable and impact-resistant surface suitable for industrial environments.
