The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, with dimensions of 12' x 20' and a two-wall design that meets Class C fire and STC27 sound ratings, creating a highly functional space suitable for any facility. The kit includes all necessary pre-engineered components for installation, including detailed instructions, suggested floor plan layouts, as well as an illustrated packing list. Each order consists of wall panels that are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels, along with a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, painted to match the wall panels. The door is factory installed into a frame that positively locks into adjoining posts, minimizing the risk of door sag, and mechanical fasteners are provided for additional reinforcement. The wall connecting posts serve a dual purpose, functioning as a vertical wiring chase, and include 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing easy access. The standard electrical kit is also included, consisting of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box and a cover plate for a finished look, all bearing the U.L. label. The fire-rated panels are constructed with a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing a lightweight yet durable and impact-resistant surface, available in gray and white color options.
