The Porta-King inplant office is constructed with white vinyl drywall for both interior and exterior surfaces, measuring 20' x 20' with a 4-wall configuration. This design features Class A fire-rated panels and STC31 sound attenuation, creating a highly functional space suitable for various facility environments. The kit includes all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and all required hardware for assembly. The wall panels are 8' high and 3" thick, interchangeable with like-size panels, while the door is factory installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining posts to prevent sagging. Mechanical fasteners are provided for added stability. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are included to conceal wiring and ensure easy access. A standard electrical kit is included, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all of which have the U.L. label for safety compliance. The panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation for noisy environments. The office is available in gray and white color options.
