Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 12' x 16', with a four-wall configuration that meets Class C fire rating and STC27 sound attenuation, creating a highly functional space within any facility. The kit includes all necessary pre-engineered components for easy installation, which minimizes downtime. Each order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. The package includes wall panels that are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels, as well as a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite painted to match the wall panel surfaces. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, and mechanical fasteners are supplied for installation above and below the top hinge plate for added reinforcement. The wall connecting posts function as vertical wiring chases, with included 8' high snap-in cover plates to conceal wiring while allowing for quick access post-installation. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, featuring 2'x4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities as specified), a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets (quantities as specified), complete with a handy box that attaches to the back of the connecting post for a clean look. All devices in the electrical kit bear the U.L. label. The Class C fire rated panels consist of a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing a lightweight, durable, and impact-resistant surface ideal for plant environments, available in gray and white color options.
