The Porta-King Inplant Office is designed to create a highly functional space within your facility, featuring gray vinyl hardboard for both interior and exterior surfaces. This model measures 12' x 16' and consists of a 3-wall configuration with Class C fire rating and STC27 sound attenuation. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime. Each order includes detailed instructions with suggested floor plans and an illustrated packing list, as well as all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware to construct the specified sizes and layouts. The wall panels stand 8' high and are 3" thick, and they are interchangeable with other like-size panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing model with a large vision lite, finished to match the wall panel surfaces, and is factory installed in a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging. Mechanical fasteners are provided for reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate, and wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing easy access. Additionally, the standard electrical kit includes 2'x4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, along with a handy box for neat installation. All devices are U.L. labeled. The Class C fire-rated panels feature a 1/8" vinyl-finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing a lightweight yet durable and impact-resistant solution suitable for plant environments, available in gray and white color options.
