The Porta-King Inplant Office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 8' x 10' with a 4-wall configuration. It meets Class A fire safety standards and offers an STC31 sound rating, making it an ideal solution for creating functional spaces within a facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components for easy installation, minimizing downtime, and every order is accompanied by detailed instructions with suggested floor plan layouts and an illustrated packing list. Each order comes with all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 20-gauge right-hand swing door with a large vision lite painted to match the wall surfaces, and all required hardware. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-sized panels. The door is factory-installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to avoid sagging, reinforced with mechanical fasteners above and below the top hinge plate. Wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are included for each post to conceal wiring while allowing easy access during and after set-up. A standard electrical kit is included, consisting of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, with all devices bearing the U.L. label. The Class A fire rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core for excellent sound attenuation, available in gray and white color options.
