The Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 16' x 16' with a 2-wall construction that meets Class C fire and STC27 sound compliance, creating a highly functional space within your facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components for easy installation, minimizing downtime, along with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Each order comes with necessary wall panels that are 8' high and 3" thick, interchangeable with like-size panels, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, and hardware for assembly. The door is factory-installed in a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners provided for reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate. Wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are included for easy access to wiring. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is part of the order, containing 2'x4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115 volt electrical outlets, all with U.L. labels, and a handy box that attaches easily to the back of the connecting post for a finished appearance. The Class C fire rated panels comprise a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, resulting in a lightweight yet durable and impact-resistant surface, available in gray and white color match.
