The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel on drywall exterior, measuring 10' x 10', with a 3-wall configuration that provides a Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation, creating a highly functional space within your facility. The kit includes all necessary pre-engineered components such as wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, and hardware for construction based on the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels, while the door is constructed from 20-gauge steel, factory-installed into a frame that minimizes the risk of sag. Mechanical fasteners reinforce the connection above and below the top hinge plate, and wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, with included 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access. Additionally, the standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, with all devices carrying the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuating characteristics, and are available in gray and white color matches.
