The Porta-King in-plant office is designed with gray vinyl drywall for both interior and exterior surfaces, measuring 8' x 10' with four walls featuring Class A fire rating and STC31 sound transmission class for an efficient workspace within your facility. This kit includes all pre-engineered components for easy installation, minimizing downtime. Each order comes with detailed instructions, suggested floor plan layouts, and a packing list. Necessary components include wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door, and all required hardware. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable. The door features a 20-gauge steel construction with a large vision lite, and it is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging. Mechanical fasteners secure the connection above and below the top hinge plate, while the wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases. Included are 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring, allowing easy access during and after setup. The standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box and cover plate for a tidy finish, all bearing the U.L. label. The panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, offering excellent sound attenuation for noisy plant environments, and are available in gray and white color match.
