The Porta-King in-plant office comprises gray vinyl drywall interior and exterior surfaces and features an 8' x 10' configuration with a three-wall design, ensuring a highly functional space within your facility. The pre-engineered components are designed for easy installation, minimizing downtime, and every order includes detailed instructions alongside a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list. The complete package consists of necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and all required hardware for assembly. The 8' high wall panels are 3" thick and interchangeable with similarly sized panels. The door is factory-installed into a frame that locks into adjacent posts, minimizing the risk of sagging and includes mechanical fasteners for reinforcement. Wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are provided for concealing wiring while offering easy access. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switches, and 115-volt electrical outlets, with devices that bear the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels are composed of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing exceptional sound attenuation, making it suitable for noisy environments. The office is available in gray and white color options.
