Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior construction, measuring 12' x 20' with a four-wall design that meets Class C fire ratings and STC27 sound ratings, creating a highly functional space within your facility. All orders come with pre-engineered components for easy installation to minimize downtime, along with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. The kit includes all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and all required hardware to construct the identified sizes and floor plans. Wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with similar-sized panels, while the door is factory-installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging. Mechanical fasteners are also provided for additional support at the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts function as vertical wiring chases, accompanied by 8' high snap-in cover plates to conceal wiring and allow for easy access. Additionally, each order includes a standard electrical kit which contains 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box for installation on the connecting post and a cover plate for a finished look. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class C fire-rated panels consist of a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing a lightweight yet durable, impact-resistant surface suitable for plant environments, available in gray and white color options.
