The Porta-King inplant office is a robust solution built with white vinyl drywall for both interior and exterior use, offering dimensions of 12' x 20' in a 4-wall configuration. Designed for Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation, this structure provides a highly functional space within your facility. The kit includes all pre-engineered components necessary for installation, such as detailed instructions, suggested floor plan layouts, an illustrated packing list, wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 steel door with a vision lite, and corresponding hardware. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable. The door is designed with a right-hand swing, comes factory-installed in a frame that locks into adjacent posts to prevent sag, and includes mechanical fasteners for reinforcement. The connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases and come with 8' high snap-in cover plates to conceal wiring while allowing easy access. Additionally, the standard electrical kit features 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box and cover plate for a tidy finish, all bearing the U.L. label. The panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing exceptional sound attenuation, making it ideal for noisier environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
