The Porta-King in-plant office features a white vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 12' x 24' with a 4-wall configuration, designed to create a highly functional space within any facility. This system includes pre-engineered components that ensure easy installation to minimize downtime. Each order comprises all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and hardware required to construct the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with similar-sized panels. The door is factory-installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining post, eliminating the risk of sag. Mechanical fasteners are provided for installation above and below the top hinge plate to reinforce this connection. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are included to conceal wiring while allowing easy access during and after setup. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included with 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all equipped with a handy box that attaches to the back of the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid EPS insulating core, offering excellent sound attenuation for noisy environments. The system is available in gray and white color options.
