The Porta-King inplant office is designed with white vinyl drywall for both interior and exterior surfaces, measuring 10' x 16' and featuring a 2-wall configuration. It is constructed with Class A fire-rated materials and provides STC31 sound insulation, making it well-suited for creating functional spaces within various facilities. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation, reducing downtime. Each order includes detailed instructions with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list, along with all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and all required hardware. The wall panels are 8' high and 3" thick, interchangeable with similar-sized panels. The factory-installed door frame ensures a secure fit, eliminating the risk of sagging, and includes mechanical fasteners for added reinforcement. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, with included 8' high snap-in cover plates to conceal wiring while allowing for easy access. Additionally, each order comes with a standard electrical kit featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box and cover plate for a polished look. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The panels incorporate a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation, ideal for noisy environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
