The Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 16' x 20' with a 3-wall construction that meets Class C fire and STC27 sound ratings, offering a highly functional space suitable for various applications inside your facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components that facilitate easy installation to minimize downtime, complete with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Each order encompasses all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite painted to match the interior and exterior wall panel surfaces, and all requisite hardware for constructing the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with similarly sized panels, while the door is factory installed in a frame that securely locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners supplied for installation above and below the top hinge plate. The connecting posts serve dual purposes, acting as vertical wiring chases, with included 8' high snap-in cover plates for each post to conceal wiring and allow for quick access during and after set-up. Additionally, the standard electrical kit comprises 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities as specified), a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets (quantities as specified), along with a handy box that attaches easily to the back of the connecting post, ensuring a neat and finished appearance. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled.
