The Porta-King Inplant Office features a white vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, with dimensions of 16' x 20' and a 2-wall design classified as Class C fire rated and STC27 sound insulation. This modular system is designed for easy installation, with pre-engineered components that minimize downtime. Each order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Included are all necessary wall panels that are 8' high and 3" thick, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, and all hardware required for assembly. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with reinforced mechanical fasteners above and below the top hinge plate. Wall connecting posts also function as vertical wiring chases, featuring 8' high snap-in cover plates that conceal wiring while allowing easy access during and after setup. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, featuring 2'x4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box and cover plate for a polished look. All electrical devices bear the U.L. label. The Class C fire rated panels consist of a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing a lightweight yet durable impact-resistant surface suitable for plant environments, available in gray and white color options.
