The Porta-King inplant office features a 20' x 20', 3-wall configuration made of white vinyl drywall for both interior and exterior surfaces, classified as Class A fire rated and offering STC31 sound attenuation. The kit includes all necessary components for assembly, such as pre-engineered wall panels that are 8' high, 3" thick, interchangeable with like-size panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 20-gauge steel door with a large vision lite that matches the wall panel finishes, and all required hardware. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjacent posts to prevent sag, with mechanical fasteners supplied for enhanced stability. The connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases and come with 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access while concealing wiring. Additionally, the standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switches, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all bearing the U.L. label, along with a handy box for neat installation. The wall panels are constructed with a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core for superior sound attenuation, and the system is available in gray and white color options.
