The Porta-King Inplant Office is designed with a white vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 20' x 20' and featuring a 2-wall construction with Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation. The kit includes pre-engineered components for easy installation, minimizing downtime, and comes with detailed instructions and a suggested floor plan layout along with an illustrated packing list. Every order contains all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware for construction. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing model with a large vision lite, finished to match the wall panels, and is factory installed in a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent door sag. Mechanical fasteners are provided for reinforcement, and wall connecting posts double as a vertical wiring chase, including 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access. The standard electrical kit features 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box and cover plate for a finished look, all bearing the U.L. label. Class A fire rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation suitable for noisy environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
