The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 12' x 16' with a 2-wall configuration, providing a highly functional space within a facility. The kit includes all necessary components for installation, such as detailed instructions with a suggested floor plan layout, an illustrated packing list, wall panels that are 8' high and 3" thick, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, and all hardware required for assembly. The door is factory-installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining post to prevent sagging, and mechanical fasteners ensure a secure connection above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are provided to conceal wiring while allowing for easy access. Additionally, the standard electrical kit includes 2'x4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets with a handy box and cover plate for a neat finish, all bearing the U.L. label. The Class C fire rated panels consist of a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, combining lightweight characteristics with durability and impact resistance, available in gray and white color matches.
