Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel on the drywall exterior, measuring 8' x 8' with a 2-wall configuration. It is designed to create a highly functional space within any facility, offering Class A fire ratings and STC31 sound attenuation. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime, and every order includes detailed instructions with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list. The assembly includes all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a door, and hardware for the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-sized panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, painted to match the interior and exterior wall surfaces, and is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent door sag. Mechanical fasteners are provided above and below the top hinge plate to reinforce this connection, and wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, complemented by 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, consisting of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all of which are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire-rated panels feature a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation for noisier environments. The product is available in gray and white color options.
