The Porta-King in-plant office is designed with a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel on the drywall exterior, measuring 8' x 10' with a four-wall configuration. This office solution features Class A fire-rated materials and an STC31 sound rating, providing a highly functional space within any facility. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation, reducing downtime, and each order includes detailed assembly instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. The package contains all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door crafted from 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and corresponding hardware. The wall panels are 8' high and 3" thick, interchangeable with like-sized panels. The door is factory-installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining post to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners included for added security. The wall connecting posts also function as vertical wiring chases, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates that conceal wiring while allowing quick access. Furthermore, the standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, with devices that bear the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, offering excellent sound attenuation, making them suitable for noisy plant environments.
