Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel on drywall exterior, measuring 8' x 10' with a 3-wall design, Class A fire rating, and STC27 sound attenuation. This kit includes all necessary components for construction, such as wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware, along with detailed installation instructions and a suggested floor plan layout. The wall panels are 8' high and 3" thick, fully interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is a 3070, 2-gauge steel model with a right-hand swing and a large vision lite, painted to match the interior and exterior. It is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners provided for added support above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve as a vertical wiring chase, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing quick access during and after installation. The standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switch, and 115 volt electrical outlets, with handy boxes easily attached to the back of the connecting post for a neat appearance. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire-rated steel panels consist of a heavy-duty 24 gauge siliconized polyester painted steel exterior and a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior, both laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing a highly durable, impact-resistant surface suitable for harsh environments.
