The Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel on a drywall exterior, measuring 8' x 12' with a 4-wall configuration. Designed for high functionality, it boasts Class A fire rating and STC27 sound performance. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation, significantly reducing downtime. Each order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan, and an illustrated packing list. Included in every order are wall panels (8' high, 3" thick and interchangeable), a 3070 right-hand swing door constructed of 2-gauge steel with a large vision lite, factory-installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent door sag. It features mechanical fasteners for added security above and below the top hinge plate, with wall connecting posts serving as vertical wiring chases. Additionally, 8' high snap-in cover plates conceal wiring while allowing easy access during and after setup. A standard electrical kit is also included, which consists of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, along with a handy box that attaches to the back of the connecting post for a neat appearance. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The fire-rated steel panels comprise a heavy-duty 24-gauge siliconized polyester painted exterior and a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior, both laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, ensuring a durable and impact-resistant surface suitable for demanding environments.
