The Porta-King Inplant Office is constructed with gray vinyl drywall for both interior and exterior surfaces and measures 8' x 10' with a two-wall design, providing a Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation for effective space utilization within various facilities. The kit includes all necessary components for installation, such as detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Each order comprises wall panels that are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable, a 3070 right-hand swing 20-gauge steel door with a large vision lite, and mechanical fasteners for secure installation. Wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, with snap-in cover plates to conceal wiring and provide access. Additionally, the electrical kit consists of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, with all devices bearing the U.L. label. The Class A fire rated panels feature a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, ensuring excellent sound attenuation, ideal for noisy environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
