The Porta-King Inplant Office is designed with a white vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 8' x 10' with four walls, and features Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation. This modular system allows for the creation of highly functional spaces within any facility, utilizing pre-engineered components that facilitate easy installation and minimal downtime. Each order is supplied with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list, including all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite painted to match the panel surfaces, and required hardware. The 8' high wall panels are 3" thick and can be interchanged with like sizes, while the door frame locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, reinforced with mechanical fasteners at the top hinge plate. Wall connecting posts function as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access and concealment of wiring. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, with all devices bearing the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, providing exceptional sound attenuation, suitable for noisier environments, and are available in gray and white color matches.
