Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 12' x 20', with a two-wall configuration. The Class A fire rated and STC31 sound insulating design creates a highly functional space within any facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components that facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime, and it comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Each order contains all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right hand swing door with a large vision lite painted to match the wall panel surface, and all required hardware for assembly. The wall panels are 8' high and 3" thick, and they are interchangeable with like-sized panels. The door is factory installed in a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners provided for installation above and below the top hinge plate to reinforce this connection. The wall connecting posts serve as a vertical wiring chase, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are included to conceal wiring while allowing easy access to the chase during and after setup. Additionally, the standard electrical kit comprises 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switches, and 115-volt electrical outlets, along with a handy box that attaches to the back of the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat finish. All electrical devices bear the U.L. label. The Class A fire rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation for noisy plant environments. The panels are available in gray and white color options.
