The Porta-King InPlant Office features a white vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 12' x 24' with a 3-wall configuration, offering Class A fire rating and STC31 sound performance that creates a highly functional space within your facility. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation to minimize downtime. Each order includes all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite painted to correspond with the interior and exterior wall panel surface, along with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with similarly sized panels. The door is factory-installed into a frame that positively locks into the adjoining posts to eliminate door sag, reinforced with mechanical fasteners for enhanced stability. The wall connecting posts also function as vertical wiring chases, equipped with 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing easy access during and after set-up. Additionally, each order includes a standard electrical kit with 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities specified), a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets (also specified) that come with a handy box for easy fastening to the back of the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation, making it suitable for noisy plant environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
