The Porta-King Inplant Office is a highly functional space solution featuring a white vinyl drywall interior and exterior with dimensions of 12' x 24', constructed with a 2-wall design that meets Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation standards. The kit includes pre-engineered components that simplify installation, minimizing downtime. Each order comes with detailed instructions, suggested floor plan layouts, and an illustrated packing list, containing all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware for the specified sizes and configurations. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with similar-sized panels. The door included is a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, painted to match the interior and exterior surfaces, and is factory-installed in a frame that locks securely into adjoining posts to prevent door sag. Mechanical fasteners are provided for above and below the top hinge plate for additional reinforcement. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are supplied for each post to conceal wiring while allowing easy access during and after setup. The standard electrical kit contains 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures in specified quantities, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets with accompanying handy boxes that attach to the back of the connecting posts, all conforming to U.L. standards. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface bonded to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing exceptional sound attenuation ideal for noisy environments.
