The Porta-King Inplant Office is designed with a gray vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 16' x 20' with a 3-wall configuration. It features Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation, making it suitable for various facility environments. The pre-engineered components ensure easy installation to minimize downtime. Each order includes detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list, along with all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware required for construction. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door with a large vision lite that matches the wall panel surfaces. To enhance durability, it is factory-installed into a frame that positively locks into adjoining posts, reducing the risk of door sag, and comes with mechanical fasteners for added reinforcement. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, and each post includes an 8' high snap-in cover plate for wiring concealment and access. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switches, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all bearing a U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall laminate on a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation, available in gray and white color options.
