The Porta-King in-plant office features a gray vinyl drywall interior and exterior, measuring 16' x 20' with a 2-wall configuration. It boasts Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation for functional workspace creation within facilities. The pre-engineered components are designed for ease of installation, significantly reducing downtime. Each order includes comprehensive instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list, encompassing all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and installation hardware. The wall panels stand at 8' high and are 3" thick, with interchangeability among like-sized panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing model with a large vision lite, painted to match the wall surfaces, and is factory-installed in a frame that locks into the adjoining post to prevent door sag. Mechanical fasteners are provided for reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve as a vertical wiring chase, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing quick access during and post setup. Additionally, the standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, accompanied by a handy box for easy attachment to the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical devices carry the U.L. label. The Class A fire-rated panels feature a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall on both surfaces, laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation, ideal for noisy plant environments, and are available in gray or white color options.
