The Porta-King in-plant office features a white vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 12' x 16', with a 3-wall design that provides Class C fire rating and STC27 sound attenuation, creating a highly functional space within your facility. The kit includes all necessary components for installation, such as detailed instructions with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list. Each order comes complete with wall panels that are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-sized panels, a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite painted to match the wall panel surfaces, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, connecting posts, and hardware for construction. The door is factory installed in a frame designed to prevent sagging, featuring mechanical fasteners for added reinforcement. Wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, and each comes with 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing easy access. Additionally, the standard electrical kit consists of 2'x4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all equipped with U.L. labels and designed for a clean installation using a handy box. The Class C fire-rated panels include a vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, offering a lightweight yet durable and impact-resistant solution suitable for plant environments, available in gray and white color options.
