The Porta-King in-plant office features a white vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 12' x 16', designed with a 2-wall configuration that meets Class C fire and STC27 sound ratings, creating a highly functional space within any facility. This kit includes pre-engineered components that facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime, with every order providing detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Each order comes with all necessary wall panels (8' high, 3" thick, interchangeable), a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door complete with a large vision lite, and hardware for assembly. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sag, with mechanical fasteners provided for reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate. Wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, equipped with 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring and facilitating access. The standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities specified), light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets (quantities specified), along with a handy box that attaches to the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class C fire rated panels consist of a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, resulting in a lightweight yet durable, impact-resistant surface, offered in gray and white color options.
