The Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl interior and gray painted steel on a drywall exterior, with dimensions of 8' x 10' and a 3-wall configuration, designed to create a highly functional space within your facility. The system includes pre-engineered components that facilitate easy installation, minimizing downtime. Each order comes with detailed instructions and a suggested floor plan layout, along with an illustrated packing list. Included in the package are all necessary wall panels (8' high, 3" thick, interchangeable), a 3070, 20-gauge steel right-hand swing door with a large vision lite painted to match the wall surfaces, mechanical fasteners for robust installation, wall connecting posts that double as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates for wiring concealment. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is provided, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115 volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box and cover plate for a polished finish. All electrical components are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, offering exceptional sound attenuation suitable for noisy environments. The office is available in gray and white color options.
