The Porta-King in-plant office features a white vinyl interior and a white painted steel exterior, with dimensions of 8' x 10' and a two-wall configuration. It is designed with Class A fire rating and STC31 sound ratings, creating a highly functional space for various facilities. The pre-engineered components allow for easy installation to minimize downtime, and every order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. Each order includes necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a door, and hardware essential for construction based on the selected sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-sized panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing type with a large vision lite that matches the interior and exterior wall panel surfaces. This door is factory installed into a frame that locks securely into adjoining posts, preventing sagging. Mechanical fasteners are provided for above and below the top hinge plate to reinforce the connection. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are included for each post, allowing for concealed wiring and easy access post-installation. Additionally, every order comes with a standard electrical kit that includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities as specified), a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets (quantities as specified) along with a handy box that mounts to the back of the connecting post, ensuring a neat appearance. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl finished drywall interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation suitable for noisier environments.
