The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 16' x 20', with a four-wall design compliant with Class C fire ratings and STC27 sound control for highly functional space within your facility. The pre-engineered components ensure easy installation to minimize downtime. Each order includes detailed instructions with suggested floor plan layouts and an illustrated packing list, along with all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware for construction. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels, while the door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right hand swing door featuring a large vision lite, painted to match both the interior and exterior wall panel surfaces. The door is factory installed into a frame that positively locks into the adjoining post to prevent sagging, and mechanical fasteners are provided for installation above and below the top hinge plate for added reinforcement. Wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates included for each post to conceal wiring while allowing quick access during and after setup. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, which consists of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures in specified quantities, light switches, and 115-volt electrical outlets also in specified quantities, complete with handy boxes that attach easily to the back of the connecting post, along with cover plates for a neat appearance. All devices are U.L. labeled. The Class C fire rated panels consist of a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, creating a lightweight yet durable and impact-resistant surface ideal for plant environments, available in gray and white color options.
