The Porta-King inplant office features a gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 16' x 20', and is designed as a 3-wall configuration. It meets Class C fire and STC27 sound ratings, allowing for a highly functional space within your facility. The pre-engineered components ensure easy installation, minimizing downtime, and every order includes detailed instructions with suggested floor plan layouts and an illustrated packing list. The package comprises all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware to construct the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-sized panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, painted to match the interior and exterior wall panel surfaces, and is factory installed into a frame that positively locks into the adjoining post to prevent door sag. Mechanical fasteners are supplied to reinforce the connection above and below the top hinge plate. Additionally, wall connecting posts function as vertical wiring chases, with 8' high snap-in cover plates included for each post to conceal wiring and provide quick access to the wiring chase during and after setup. The standard electrical kit included in all orders consists of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures in specified quantities, light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets also in specified quantities, which include a handy box that can be easily attached to the back of the connecting post along with a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical devices bear the U.L. label. The Class C fire-rated panels feature a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard interior and exterior surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, creating a lightweight yet durable, impact-resistant surface suitable for plant environments, and are available in gray and white color options.
