The Porta-King inplant office features a white vinyl interior and white painted steel exterior, measuring 8' x 12' with a three-wall design, providing a Class A fire rating and STC31 sound attenuation for a highly functional workspace in any facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components that facilitate easy installation, reducing downtime. Each order comprises detailed instructions with suggested floor plan layouts and an illustrated packing list. All necessary components are included: wall panels that are 8' high, 3" thick, interchangeable with like-sized panels, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel, and corresponding hardware. The door includes a large vision lite that matches the interior and exterior wall surfaces and is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, reinforced with mechanical fasteners above and below the top hinge plate. Wall connecting posts serve a dual purpose, acting as vertical wiring chases with 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing quick access. Additionally, the standard electrical kit features 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box for a tidy installation. All electrical components are U.L. labeled. The Class A fire-rated panels consist of a 1/2" vinyl-finished drywall interior and exterior laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing excellent sound attenuation, especially suitable for noisier environments, and are available in gray and white colors.
